This FREE PDF includes all the exercises you need to get started with the rehabilitation of your knee. These exercises will be done 4x a week and they will cover you for at least one week and possibly two.  If on the second week, things are a lot easier then that is GOOD!  But… Do Not progress too quickly.  Instead of adding more exercises, add more repetitions or sets to your current exercise program.
